Shipping policy

We ship all orders via FedEx directly to our customers' homes or any address that customer wrote it.
Estimated delivery time is 1-14 working days, depending on the destination country, with full online tracking or SMS notifications.

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 12 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same working day (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM GMT on Fridays, or on Saturdays or Sundays, will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Deliveries are made by FedEx from Monday to Friday only.

Tracking & Responsibility:

You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment using the provided tracking number.

For any delivery inquiries, customers must contact FedEx directly, using the tracking number provided.

If the customer fails to track the shipment, is unable to receive the package, or does not communicate with FedEx regarding delivery issues, we are not responsible, and no refunds or returns will be provided.

Customer Information Accuracy:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all provided information during checkout (such as full name, complete address, phone number, and other delivery details) is correct and accurate.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the customer, resulting in delivery issues, delays, or lost shipments, the store is not responsible.

The customer bears full responsibility for any additional costs arising from incorrect information, and no refund or replacement will be provided in such cases.

Important Notes:

Any taxes, fees, or import duties charged in the customer's country are the customer's responsibility.

The estimated delivery time (1-14 working days) is an average timeframe. Orders may arrive slightly earlier or later; the store is not responsible for such variations.

During busy periods, processing and dispatch times may be delayed.
